Sigh. About a minute and a half elapsed between Amazon's server firing this email off and us purchasing the book. This - despite already having most of it in various pieces from various classes. We apparently have what marketers refer to as "low self-control". And what creditors refer to as "debt". So it goes:

How is it that the large print edition of the collected works of Freud comes to 242 pages? It took Hogarth 24 VOLUMES to pull that off.
There are very few self evident truths in this world, but one of them is you get what you pay for.

Maybe it's got very large pages?
Technically the large print edition has 272 pages - the links I've got embedded are to the regular print, which is what has the 242 pages. Still - the Norton editions of _Civilization and Its Discontents_ and _Totem and Taboo_ come out to more than 300 pages of small print. This is not promising. I knew there was something suspicious about the price. It's not really fair for them to email me at 5am.
Worst case I'll dump it on someone at ECA. Along with the extra copy of Values In A Universe of Chance that I bought at Calibans last time I was in town. Why did I buy another copy of a book I already owned? Because, you see, I am an idiot.
